Chris has been a guitar player for over 20 years and a teacher for over 12 years. Chris specializes in rock, pop, and heavy metal, and teaches composition on the guitar. His rate is $31/half hour.

Coal has achieved both a Diploma and a Bachelors of Jazz Studies in Music Education from Capilano University majoring in woodwinds. His music journey began over 20 years ago on guitar but soon began to include woodwinds. He has played with many groups across the lower mainland varying in style from classical to traditional jazz and pop. His focus is creating a fun learning environment that helps his students gain a better love for, and understanding of music. His rate is $33/half hour

Having completed his BA in Applied Music from VCC in 2017, Colin is an accomplished musician and multi-instrumentalist. He has performed with many prestigious musicians, including three-time Juno nominee Francois Houle, and multiple Juno winner Hugh Fraser. His enthusiastic teaching approach is to encourage students to achieve their full potential. He also performs throughout the Lower Mainland, both as a solo instrumental act, and in jazz fusion and pop/R&B groups. His rate is $32/half hour.

Jack is a certified contemporary guitarist who has a Degree in Guitar Performance from Musicians Institute as well as an Advanced Professional Certification in Composition from Berklee College of Music. He is sophisticated in guitar shredding, heavy metal, rock, blues, jazz, neoclassical, songwriting, and music theory. He has also studied under some of the finest virtuosos in the world, such as Dave Martone, Paul Gilbert, Tony MacAlpine, etc. He released his first solo instrumental album Livin’ the Moments in 2018. Jack has been gigging consistently for the past 6 years. Jack is open to teach students of all age groups and skill levels. His rate is $32/half hour.

Recently transplanted from Alberta, Jeff Black brings over 15 years of performance experience, and 5+ years of teaching experience in both piano and guitar. With a background in RCM piano and a diploma in Jazz from Edmonton's Grant MacEwan University, Jeff is ready and willing to take students of all ages or experience levels and help them pursue their musical goals. His rate is $33/half hour.
